We are seeking an implementation and engagement manager to onboard our clients and drive successful outcomes through our sales automation and intelligence platform.

The implementation process involves some technical set-up, client approvals, and ongoing optimizations. Effectively communicating with clients and internal team members to understand each client’s unique business goals is very important. Your most essential responsibility will be ensuring client success and always advocating for the customer.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the implementation process as the point person.
  • Work with internal team members and clients to implement appropriate documentation, workflows, and procedures
  • Complete account-specific requirements
  • Thoroughly test platform set-up to ensure success in production
  • Deliver great customer service through the implementation and ongoing engagement

Requirements

  • Experience with marketing/sales automation platforms
  • Experience working cross-functionally across an organization
  • Comfortable handling multiple clients simultaneously at different stages of the client lifecycle from implementation to ongoing accounts
  • Strong analytical skills in reporting marketing and sales successes and understanding typical metrics in outbound marketing and sales organizations
  • Technical knowledge and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Creative problem solving and willingness to change ideas/processes to improve
  • Strong communication skills

Inside Sales – Account Executive

We are seeking an Inside Sales – Account Executive to help grow our client base and deliver solutions to help our clients increase their sales efforts through big-data analysis combined with intelligent automation. Responsibilities

  • Use our platform/tools and your experience to prospect new leads
  • Consult and advise prospective customers on how to increase the quality of their prospecting
  • Uncover challenges and pain points to qualify prospects
  • Identify, isolate, and overcome objections through the sales process
  • Lead strong sales processes to arrive at positive outcomes
  • Maintain organized CRM to enable accurate forecasting

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in technology sales
  • Proven history hitting and exceeding an individual sales quota
  • Knowledge of modern sales tools (Salesforce/CRM, Yesware, etc)
  • Comfortable leading full sales cycles from first discussion through negotiation/closing
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of typical metrics in sales organizations
